At Wisticle Body Yoga, every piece is created with intention, in partnership with Contrado, a premium print‑on‑demand manufacturer. Each item is handmade to order in their facility, supporting high quality, reduced waste, and a more conscious environmental footprint.

Production Time

Your order enters production as soon as it is placed.

  • Production time: 1–3 business days (average 1–2 days)

  • Approximately 95.4% of products ship within 48 hours

  • All items are made‑to‑order in‑house using premium materials

  • Weekends and public holidays are not counted as production days

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been produced and shipped, delivery times depend on your location.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard delivery: 2–4 business days after production

  • Major cities often receive orders in as little as 2 days

  • Estimated total time from order to delivery: 3–7 business days

International Shipping

  • Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, Japan: 3–5 business days after production

  • Major cities may receive parcels in as fast as 2 days

  • Estimated total time from order to delivery: 4–8 business days

  • Remote or hard‑to‑reach areas may experience longer delivery times

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted, trackable services, which may include:

  • FedEx

  • UPS

  • DHL

  • TNT

  • Other tracked services depending on your location

All shipments include tracking information, which will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Item weight and size

  • Delivery destination

  • Number of items in your order (bundled orders may receive discounted shipping)

  • Selected shipping method

Typical shipping ranges:

  • Domestic (US): usually between 4.95–9.95 USD+, depending on item size

  • International: starting around 9.95 USD, varying by destination and weight

  • Express options may be available at a premium rate for faster delivery

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive:

  • An automated dispatch confirmation email

  • A tracking number or shipping reference

  • Carrier name and tracking link

  • Access to real‑time tracking updates via the carrier

If you do not see your dispatch email, please check your spam or junk folder and add our email to your contacts.

Shipping Address

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • Please provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout

  • Your delivery address does not need to match your billing address

  • Address changes cannot be made once production has begun

  • PO Box delivery is not available for US customers

  • For secure delivery, we recommend using a work or attended address where someone can receive the package

Customs and International Orders

For orders shipped outside your home country:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be charged by your local customs authority

  • Any such fees are the responsibility of the recipient

  • We recommend checking your country’s customs policies before ordering

  • In some cases, carriers may apply remote‑area surcharges, which may be passed on to you

Delivery Delays

While we work with reliable carriers, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather or natural events

  • Customs processing for international orders

  • Carrier strikes or service disruptions

  • Remote or hard‑to‑access delivery locations

If carrier disruptions occur, we will upgrade to express services when possible to help minimize delays.

Production & Dispatch Cut‑Off Times

  • Orders placed before 1 pm EST are typically dispatched within 7 business days

  • Orders placed after 1 pm EST are usually picked up the following business morning

  • Once an order has been dispatched, delivery addresses cannot be changed

Quality Assurance

  • Printed and manufactured in‑house to high quality standards

  • Carefully quality‑checked before leaving the facility

  • Packaged in eco‑conscious materials wherever possible

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date

  • Include your order number and clear photos of any damage (if applicable)

  • We will investigate with the carrier and work with you on a prompt resolution in alignment with our replacement/refund guidelines
